2025 MUNCIANA (Yorktown) Tryouts & Registration Information
Welcome to the Munciana Volleyball Club (Yorktown) and the 2025 club season. Register today (Registration will remain open until November 11th for 15-18U & September 29th for 10-14U). Additional information, including tuition and payments plans can be viewed above.
Families will pay a set tuition for the club season. Additional fees are listed below:
- Personal travel costs for your player and family.
- Teams may purchase an additional jersey or other items.
- Athlete must have an AAU membership.
- If you enroll in a payment plan there are $10 installment fees for each payment.
- There is a 3.25% transaction fee for credit card payments, a 2.25% transaction fee for ACH and $25 check fee.
- NEW Uniform packages are separate from tuition and there will be a shipping fee.
We are excited about the upcoming season. The club season provides athletes the opportunity to develop their game. The success of our club revolves around athletes with high expectations and a great work ethic and a coaching staff that is committed to teaching fundamentals and establishing a culture of excellence.

- 10U, 11U & 12U: 1pm-3pm
- 13U: 3pm-5pm
- 14U: 5-7pm
- Team Announcement: Monday, September 30 @ 5pm
- Parent & Team Meeting: October 1 @ 6pm

Tryout Dates for Munciana15-18s NEW for 2025!
- Register anytime from July - November. The benefits of committing in July are the options to extend the payment plan and possible team placement. NEW - we will have dual summer and fall tryouts. Full roster announcments will be in November, but individual team placement could occur throughout.
- We will have a Munciana Celebration/Tailgate with our first July Tryout!

- July 14
- 15U: 9am-10:30am
- 16U: 10:30am-Noon
- 17/18U: Noon-1:30pm
- July 21
- 15U: 9am-11am
- 16U: 11am-1pm
- 17/18U: 1pm-3pm
- November 10
- 15U: 1pm-3pm
- 16U: 3pm-5pm
- 17/18U: 5pm-7pm
- November 11
- 15U: 5pm-6:30pm
- 16U: 6:30pm-8pm
- 17/18U: 8pm-9:30pm
- Announce Teams: Monday, November 11 @ 10:30pm
- Parent & Team Meetings, November 12 @ TBA
Benefits of the Dual Tryouts
- Allows athletes to the option to tryout early or wait until after their high school season.
- Option for extended tuition payments.
Registration Option for 15-18s
- The November start option allows registration for athletes who did not tryout in July but still want to play.
- The real difference from the Early Payment Plan is a more aggressive payment plan.
- Some athletes will be placed on a team in July. Full rosters will be announced in November.

Registration Process
- Registration is OPEN!
- Athletes register on PlayerFirst.
- Part of the registration process will include signing waivers and a tryout fee that goes toward total tuition.
Which Age Group Do I Try Out For?
18 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006
17 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007
16 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
15 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
14 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
13 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
12 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
11 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
10 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014
*It is expected that players will try out in the age group they belong.
